The Daihatsu Charade G10

With the building „of the Charade G10 “in January 1978 began the history of our Charade. In September 1978 follow up the 3 door model which comes with an very nice small round window in the C-column.
This model, in some countries called "Runabout" never comes to England or Australia.

We call the older one (=Pre-Facelift) MK-1 and the Faceliftversion with the square headlights MK-2

Confusion with the technical data.

In October 1980 starts the built of the model MK-2





There is some confusion with the technical data, above all which the engine, its capacity and its achievement concerns. First discrepancies emerged only during the introduction MK-2 in 1981.
