Differences MK-1 and MK-2


x) Engine type in both types: CB20
 

x) Drilling x stroke: 76 x 73 mm

x) The MK-1's distributor has only one vacuum tube connector, the MK-2 has 2 vacuum tube connectors at the sealing plate between carburetors and intake.

standard model shows newer one above, down equipment „XTE “recognizably from the black strip and

the rev counter, but not the 3 door(there in the XTE equipment the sport steering wheel has) that

black strip by the way exclusively gives it with the 303 version!!

x) older one only one brake hose to the rear, newer one has 2 brake hoses (the latter does not document in the WHB)
x) Air conditioning system as option only with the older version
x) Wiring harness identically between the pre and the newer version
x) Exhaust system between Coupe and 5 door is the same
x) Exhaust system between older and newer one are NOT identically, can suitably made however the attachment within the middle range are different.

It was a very much moved time in that the G10 was built in Austria and Germany. The importers changed 3 time in Austria and also in Germany were time for the change between the walter Hagen total Ltd. and the Daihatsu Germany total Ltd.
