Because you cant buy new rims for the G10 just like that (at least not in the original design) it is necessary to rework the rims from time to time.

Because it starts with small rust spots and can look pretty fast, pretty gross.

You don't need too many or expensive things. A drill and wire brushes for the drill, usually there are such small sets of different brushes.

Then I would recommend a zinc spray and of course one or two cans of rim spray.

Then you simply let the air out of the tires and push the tires in a little. Just enough to squeeze in several pieces of fabric so that the tyre is not painted for the next step.

Here you see the already drying zinc spray on which you can then directly paint on with the rim spray.
